Identify which USB inputs carry processed stereo, dry guitar, auxiliary sources and returns from the computer. Confirm sample-rate options, bit depth, class compliance and dedicated driver requirements for the operating system.
Capture a safe dry track
Set input impedance and gain so the strongest playing remains clean. A dry track intended for reamping should preserve the original pickup signal without software gain changes that make the processor receive a different level later.
Reamp through a controlled route
Send the designated dry channel back to the processor input path, mute duplicate monitoring and record the returned processed channels. Save preset, firmware, tempo and level settings with the session so the result can be reconstructed.
